16. How to set humanoid detection and mobile tracking?

On APP main interface, click “…” → “Settings” → “Motion Detection Alert”.

1. Enable “Motion Detection Alert”.
2. Enable “Humanoid detection”: Alarm is triggered when human body show up in camera range.
3. Enable “Mobile tracking”: When a object is detected, the camera lens will automatically follow the movement.
17. Why is the camera's image flipped?

Some models of cameras can be placed directly on a flat surface without installation, the camera image will invert, you need to setup an inverted image.

On APP main interface, click “…” → “Settings” → “Screen and sound settings” → turn on “Invert the image”.
18. How to reset the camera to factory settings?

Keep the camera powered on, press the reset botton for 6-8 seconds until you hear the prompt tone “Ding…Ding”.
19. How to set phone to receive Motion Detection Alert?

1. Click “ … ” on APP main interface.
2. Enable “Alarm push”.
3. Click “Settings” enter “Device Settings” interface.
4. Click “Motion Detection Alert”.
5. Enable “Motion Detection Alert”, setting completed.
6. Back to “Me” interface.
7. Click “System authority settings”.
8. Make sure “Notification permission” is on. If it is “off ”, click it to enter your phone
“Settings” interface.
9. Click “Notifications”.(Taking iPhone for an example)
10. Enable “Allow Notifications”.
20. Screen brighten when entering the live video interface

Click “Me” on APP main interface, turn off the Screen brightness switch.
21. No sound from the camera when I view the camera on the app

1. Check if you have turned on sound on Live view interface.

2. On APP main interface, click “ …” → “Settings” → “Recording setting” → check if you have turned on “Record sound switch”.
22. Can I watch two or more cameras at the same time?

If you have two or more cameras and want to watch them in one window at the same time, you can make them as a group in one window.

1. Click “Group” on the APP main interface.
2. Click “Add group”.
3. Select the cameras to be grouped.
4. Click “Next”.
5. Make a name for the group.
6. Click “Complete” to finish the group setup.
